What is your favorite Scouting Event?
High Adventure – Philmont. I have been twice as a youth, once on trail crew, and once as an adult with my son in 2003. I have plans to take my youngest son in 2015!

What do you most enjoy doing?
Being in the outdoors

If you had unlimited time and resources, what would you chose to do?
Be a philanthropist and start my own foundation.

When you daydream, what do you see yourself doing?
Time traveling. I think it would be neat to meet and talk with famous people like Benjamin Franklin.

What are the three most important things in your life?
Family, faith, and scouting.

What do most people not know about you?
I can cook, clean, wash dishes, wash & fold laundry, vacuum, etc. My parents raised 4 boys, someone had to learn.

If you were a movie star, who would you be and why?
Sean Connery – James Bond. Way cool. What more can I say.

If you had a super power, what would it be?
Unfailing wisdom. “God grant me the strength to change the things that I can, the patience for the things I cannot, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

What is your favorite food or meal?
Thanksgiving – Turkey and all the trimmings with pie for dessert.

What is something silly about you that would surprise other people?
I once tried to replace a light switch in the house and wired it wrong. I almost burnt the house down.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
Pancakes for dinner. My father would make pancakes for dinner on an electric fry pan when my mother was out. He still uses the fry pan and will give it to me one day.

What are your hobbies?
Hiking, camping, coin collecting.

What is your favorite music and bands?
Classic Rock – Chicago & Boston.
